Mathew and Mary Mathai

Christhia Seva Mission is under the direct leadership of Mathew Mathai,.  Mathew and Mary were sent to India in 1982 by White Oak Christian Church in Cincinnati, OH.  The purpose was to be a witness for Christ in an area that was basically unreached.  After traveling throughout the area, speaking with several advisors and seeking God's wisdom through prayer, Mathew heard, and answered the call to go to Chickballapur in the state of Karnataka, India.

Mathew recognized the importance of being able to help the people of the Chickballapur District with the basic needs of human existence.  One of those primary needs is for good medical care.  In order to meet that need, Mathew hired Mercy to serve as the nurse for Christhia Seva Mission.  She oversees the Medical Ministry of CSM

In 2011 Mathew realized the need of having someone who specifically worked with the women of Christhia Seva Mission.  In answer to that need, he brought Santhosoma onto the staff.  Santhosama serves CSM as the Director of Women's Ministry

Helping Mathew for the past 37 years has been his brother John Mathai.  John has serve as the Business

Manager making sure everything relating to finances has been completed properly.  John is retiring after

37 years of service.  The elders, Global Impact Team, Staff and the Christhia Seva Mission Team of White Oak

Christian Church want to thank John for his nearly 4 decades of faithful service to this ministry..
